REGISTERED FUNDRAISING COUNSEL & ARTS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOBBYIST

We are a registered fundraising counsel for the states of New York and Indiana, meaning we are “an individual or firm that provides strategic input on development methods, tactics, or events. Generally, they work behind the scenes and aren’t directly involved in the act of asking for donations.” This means, we will prepare for one-on-one individual solicitations, funder calls, and any other contacts with potential funders with the client, but the client should be the one to ask directly.

Note that we are a registered lobbyist in NY and pending IN and should only be speaking with elected officials on behalf of clients once the contract has been registered with the appropriate State and City authorities.

  • FUNDRAISING or business ADVISING @ $250 / Hr

    1-hour advising sessions via Zoom or in person, depending upon accessibility needs.

  • Government Relations / Lobbying @ $350/hr

    Grassroots or Direct Lobbying (requires additional $1,000 client registration fee)

  • Grant Writing @ $3,000 - $4,000 / month

    Foundation & Corporate writing & management for 3-5 grants/reports/LOIs per month ($3,000) or 4-6 / month ($4,000). Pricing includes fundraising operations setup & management.

  • Individual Annual Giving & COMMUNICATIONS @ $2,500 / month

    4x Giving campaigns per year with donor base analysis.

  • Gov Grants & Discretionary Funds @ $2,500 / month

    NYC Council Application and budget meeting preparation OR CIty, State, or Federal RFPs or Grants.

  • Fundraising Operations Setup & Management @ $1,000 / month

    Donor research, CRM management, reporting, and acknowledgement letters.
